Shipping and Delivery:
Most orders within the continental United States are shipped via UPS, USPS or FedEx. If there are any delays in processing your order, you will be notified. Shipping charges are calculated on an individual basis according to manufacturer, using your order's weight and your shipping zip code. MoonshineRoad can not ship to Post Office Boxes or outside the 48 contiguous United States .

Return Policy: Shop Online with Confidence. MoonshineRoad is dedicated to ensuring you are pleased with the merchandise you purchase from us. We offer refunds for items returned within 7 days of purchase. The item(s) should be in their original unopened packaging. Sorry we can not offer refunds on opened products. For complete instructions on how to handle a return, please email us at: customercare@moonshineroad.com or call us at 530-288-2800 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. PST, Monday - Friday. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA number) will be issued and at the same time you will be instructed where to return the merchandise. The RMA must be issued before returning the item(s). Returns must be shipped freight prepaid, we recommend sending the product via a traceable carrier, and insured for the value of the contents. The cost of the merchandise, minus shipping, will be refunded to you. If you prefer, a credit can be applied towards future purchases.

Damaged Merchandise:
At times, product may get damaged in shipping. If this is the case, please contact us within 24 hours of
receipt at customercare@moonshineroad.com, so that we can resolve the issue. Please remember to keep the box and packing material in which the merchandise arrived.
